Immaginare i dipinti

During the workshop, the participants will be invited to observe the paintings and sculptures in the art gallery. They will then be divided into groups, and each group will be assigned a specific artwork. After carefully examining the artwork, the group’s task is to imagine the continuation of the painted scene, creating a tableau vivant that stages the moment immediately following the depicted composition. They will answer questions such as, “What does the scene in the painting represent? And right after, what are the characters doing or where are they going?” Using pencils and sheets of paper, the group will create this new image and give it a title. At the end of the workshop, the narratives and opinions of all the groups will be heard and shared, allowing each group to present and discuss their creative interpretations.
